Booking Fee: A $35 NONREFUNDABLE booking fee will be charged for all reservations. *updated 12/25/2023

Reservations: Reservations for transportation to the airport are only valid for the specified time and date. Reservations from the airport are only valid for the specified date.
Ambassador Parking is not liable for unused reservations or costs due to customer error. Changing the pickup or drop-off location may result in a rate change and additional charges.
Customers should book at least two hours before the desired pickup time to ensure timely arrival at the airport.
Choosing a pickup time is at the customer's own risk; no refunds will be given for delays beyond the 15-minute window, nor will any resulting costs be reimbursed.
The vehicle will arrive within the 15-minute window chosen at booking.
Customers must be ready and waiting outside the pickup location at the start of the 15-minute window and remain for its duration. Failure to do so may affect our ability to provide service and could lead to a forfeiture of the fare.
Customers must provide a "Day of Travel" contact number in case the driver needs assistance during pickup.
While operators are not obligated to call in advance of the pickup, not providing a contact number may hinder our service and lead to a potential forfeiture of the fare.
Customers may also receive additional calls to the provided contact number with reservation details before the day of travel.
